With MICROPAST®, it is now possible for cook & chill to be centrally produced. This means that meals are cooked in the packaging and pasteurised at the same time. As a result, the dishes have a shelf life of 1–2 months and can be regenerated quickly and without complication. The new method allows for container sizes from 100 g to 2 kg.
